May 2015: RSAT program best practices for incentives
I am revising some policy and was wondering if you would be able to provide some feedback/ ideas about how other RSAT programs in the country operate?

We are currently addressing some behavioral issues regarding our incentive program and disrespect to corrections staff / disobeying corrections rules regarding contraband, contact with other inmates etc.

How are other RSAT programs achieving congruency between therapeutic and correctional staff members?

How are other RSAT programs incentivizing good behavior while therapeutically addressing maladaptive behavior both in group and their dorm?

I have seen some Therapeutic Communities that have a hierarchical leadership structure with elected positions (like the Boyd Sharp TC model). Are there RSAT programs that do this too?
