William Warr, LADAC, CCCJS, CCS, BSOM, MPA
Mr. Warr currently serves as the State Director for Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Tennessee which manages the Therapeutic Community Programs for Tennessee Department of Correction. Mr. Warr was previously employed by the Tennessee Department of Correction as a Correctional Counselor III and certified as "Train the Trainer" presenter. For more than 20 years, Mr. Warr has been responsible for developing Substance Abuse Programs across Tennessee. He is co-founder of CAAP, Inc., a culturally sensitive substance abuse program in Memphis, Tennessee and was the originator of "Burst The Bubble Now" program, a motivational tool for staff working with resistant clients. Mr. Warr is an Adjunct Professor at Memphis Theological Seminary in the School of Addictions Counseling.
