Stephen Keller
Research Associate
Stephen Keller works as a research associate on multiple federally funded projects as part of Advocates for Human Potential’s (AHP) Center for Research and Evaluation. Most recently, he has held vital roles in the implementation and evaluation of the Massachusetts Access to Recovery program, previously funded through SAMHSA and soon to be funded by the MA Department of Public Health’s State-Targeted Response (STR) to the opioid crisis. Mr. Keller also currently serves as the Technical Assistance Coordinator for RSAT-TTA and assists in all aspects of the program. He has years of experience as a researcher and evaluator with AHP for several state and federally funded programs. He has experience on all facets of R&E, including conducting research evaluation interviews, facilitating Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and study data collection and developing analytical reports and evaluations. Mr. Keller is a graduate of Ithaca College.
