  • Linda J. Frazier, M.A., RN, MCHES, is a registered nurse and master certified health education specialist. Ms. Frazier has extensive leadership and consulting experience in public health policy and behavioral health clinical services at the state and national level. She worked with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), American Society of Addiction Medicine, and National Commission of Correctional Health Care on the development of the BJA Guidelines for Managing Substance Withdrawal in Jails. Ms. Frazier provides training and technical assistance on behavioral health and primary care integration, implementation of medications for addiction treatment (MAT), improving treatment access and outcomes, and criminal justice. She is coauthor of a public health textbook on the opioids and population health, and the American Public Health Association's (APHA) policy statement on expanding access to MAT for opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment. Ms. Frazier received her MA in education and BS in adolescent development from the University of Minnesota.
