Erin Allain, M.S., is a consultant at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) and is highly skilled in qualitative research, encompassing study design, implementation, and analysis. She has extensive experience as a trainer and technical assistance (TTA) provider specializing in the criminal justice and behavioral health fields. She brings strong facilitation skills and expertise in translating research, best practices, and data-driven insights into actionable implementation strategies. Her work focuses on the intersection of criminal justice system reentry, workforce development, and substance use disorder recovery. Ms. Allain's career spans multiple states, where she has provided training and technical assistance to networks of workforce development professionals, criminal justices system practitioners in jails, prisons, community supervision, and residential reentry centers, and cross-sector collaborations in substance use disorder recovery. She holds an M.S. in crime and justice studies from Suffolk University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in sociology at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
