Joel Warmolts, B.S.W.

Joel Warmolts has more than 20 years experience working in the child welfare and addiction fields providing direct service, administration, program development and implementation, information systems development, consulting, as well as quality advancement and training. As Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities' (TASC) Director of Performance Improvement and Innovation, he is responsible for ensuring that quality processes are in place that support continuous questioning, analyses, and information sharing that lead to improved services that in turn lead to successful life outcomes for the persons served. Mr. Warmolts has successfully led multiple projects for behavioral healthcare programs with emphasis on information needs, reporting requirements, documentation, and business process reengineering. He has also led the planning and standardization of business processes across all Illinois TASC programs, determining automation needs, and ensuring compliance with county, state and federal regulations and funding requirements.

Mr. Warmolts has provided training and consultation services for a number of groups including the Illinois Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, the Illinois Department of Corrections, the Social Security Administration, the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), the Arizona Legislative body, the Cook County Juvenile Courts, and numerous agencies within the states of Illinois, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. In addition, he has served on the CARF National Criminal Justice Advisory Committee for Criminal/Juvenile Justice and Drug Court Programs.
